our fees
we offer a free initial consultation meeting which usually takes place face to face in a location that works for you. However, having got used to video calls over the last year, these meetings can just as easily take place online. It's entirely up to you!

buying
an initial registration fee of £750 is payable when you are ready to move ahead and sign our Terms of Business. This retains our services to start the search for a period of 90 days to find you a property. A success fee of 1% is payable on exchange of contracts.
renting
a £500 registration fee is payable when you sign our Terms of Business. This retains our services for 90 days to find you a property. a success fee of one months rent is payable at the start of the tenancy.
we appreciate that in todays tricky market, you may prefer to be completely clear on your costs before you begin your journey. we therefore can also offer a fixed price fee for your search, which will be based on the above information, but which would be mutually agreed before signing our contract, to give total clarity on your budgets.
