how we work
On instruction we will get to know you, your lifestyle, and all your property requirements to define our journey
If you need a bit of help indentifying the exact location of your next home we can give you insight into the different areas so that you can make an informed decision
We research the market in your identified area and using our excellent relationships with local agents, and other contacts will search out both on and off market properties
We will view potential properties and shortlist those we think best suit your requirements, which we will then accompany you to view
Once we find your perfect property we will make sure that you pay the best price, negotiating on your behalf.
We will see the transaction through for you from offer to completion to help ensure that it goes as smoothly as possible
our fees
we offer a free initial consultation meeting which usually takes place face to face in a location that works for you. However, due to the current situation, video calls are also an option. This ensures that we get to know you, your requirements, and lifestyle so that we have all the knowledge we need to secure you your new home.

buying​
an initial registration fee of £750 is payable when you are ready to move ahead and sign our Terms of Business. This retains our services to start the search for a period of 90 days to find you a property. It is refundable against a success fee which is 1.25% of the purchase price.

renting
a £500 registration fee is payable when you sign our Terms of Business. This retains our services for 90 days to find you a property. a success fee of one months rent is payable at the start of the tenancy. Please note that the registration fee is not refundable for rental searches.

we appreciate that in todays tricky market, you may prefer to be completely clear on your costs before you begin your journey. we therefore can also offer a fixed price fee for your search, which will be based on the above information, but which would be mutually agreed before signing our contract, to give total clarity on your budgets.
